My business is based in Energy Healing. This is where energy, vibration and frequency all come together to relax the client or clients to release stress from their everyday life. It relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system which then helps the body destress, not producing as much cortisol, the primary stress hormone in the body which can cause health problems. I am the facilitator; the client does the work.

I work one on one with clients or as a group and would work with companies HR departments or Wellness departments and their staff.

Susan's journey began many years ago with a profound realization that led her to delve deeply into self-love, mindfulness, meditation, vibration, energy, quantum physics, neurology, chakras, crystals, and more. Her insatiable curiosity and commitment to learning revealed her purpose and superpowers. While diving deep into her transformation, Susan had the aha moment which made her realize she had a much bigger purpose on this earth and she began to follow the signs and synchronicities the universe began to show her.

As a certified Life, Transformation and Mindset Coach, trained at an international Life Coaching school, Susan has honed her understanding of self and others.

Having a passion for music and its healing vibrations, Susan has pursued being an energy and vibrational alchemist, earning certifications as a Reiki and Crystal practitioner as well as various other sound and energy modalities. She utilizes these skills to facilitate positive change in herself and others while persistently seeking deeper wisdom and knowledge.
